Dean Park Day Nursery Celebrates 1st Birthday!
Children and staff celebrated Dean Park Day Nursery’s first anniversary this week, with fun, games and lots of cake!
Since restoring the Cooper Dean Pavilion and opening its doors on 5th September 2016, we are pleased to have welcomed over 120 children and created over 15 jobs for Dorset’s Early Years workers.
Nursery Manager, Kelly Yates commented: “It’s been wonderful to celebrate our first birthday this week with the children – what a year it’s been! In addition to the grand opening of our brand-new nursery, we have launched our impressive outdoor facilities, which utilises the nursery’s vast open spaces to create a setting that has a real focus on outdoor learning and discovery.
“We have also unveiled a new baby room, in direct response to the growing demand for us to accept and look after more children aged between 3-18 months. Next on the cards is a brand new sensory room – watch this space!
“We look forward to another successful and busy year at Dean Park Day Nursery as we continue to watch our babies, toddlers and pre-school children grow and flourish.”
