Claire has many years’ experience working with children and as a Mum of three girls has great knowledge of child development. She is very creative and is always full of ideas for educational activities. Claire is the Hedgehogs Room Leader.
Laura has a passion for the early years and recently achieved her Level 3. her warm and caring nature makes her a natural to work with our babies.
Max comes from a nursing background and has worked as a Teaching Assistant in local schools for many years. She also has lots of experience working in nurseries and early years environments.
She is a natural born organiser and has a firm but fair approach to childcare making her a fantastic pre-school lead – she is great at preparing children for school.
Max also has Forest School Training and is a big supporter of our outdoors learning environment. She loves inspiring children to connect with nature.
Beth is a trained Montessori practitioner with a love of the outdoors environment. She has many years’ experience working in nurseries and is a great room leader for the Rabbits.
What would we do without Jess, our Office Manager? She is at the centre of all we do and makes everything run smoothly!
Mum to a little boy who attends the nursery, Jess understands both the joys and demands of family life.
Jo has many years’ experience in childcare and has two small children of her own. Her warmth and gentle nature supports children in the younger age range.
Additionally, Jo provides specialist support, care and attention for children with Special Educational Needs and Disability. She has formed a lovely attachment to the children she works with, helping them to engage and make strong progress.
Mum of three, Bex is also our Special Educational Needs and Disability Coordinator. She recently completed a foundation degree in Early Years and is extremely skilled in supporting children with special educational needs and disability.
Always laughing and full of energy, she strives to go the extra mile to encourage children to reach their full potential.
Bex is very sporty and does lots of running in her spare time, so she is good at teaching children the importance of healthy living. She is also a yoga teacher and leads classes for our children at the nursery.
Rosemary has many years of experience working with children. She has previously worked in a maternity ward, been a child minder and a Teaching Assistant in school. She has now joined our pre-school staff and is a real asset to the team with her traditional approach to early years education. She is a real story teller and the children love sitting down with her to read books.
Rosemary has three grown up children and is great at baking – a skill we know the children will enjoy practicing with her!
Steph completed her apprenticeship at the nursery and now works across all of the rooms. With her caring and affectionate nature, the children adore her and gravitate towards her. When Steph is not looking after the children, she is the keeper of our nursery pets and a real animal lover.
Georgie recently completed her teacher training qualification and now wishes to gain further experience in an Early Years setting before moving on to primary school education. She hopes to develop a greater understanding of a young child’s journey.
Children instantly take to Georgie’s kind and fun-loving personality. She builds strong bonds with children, which truly brings the best out of them.
